The recipes of Coconut Oil listed in this book are great! Today I tried my first two recipes and they came perfect and it was easier to make them that I tought before purchase the book, but they are easy to make and well-explained so it was a great purchase, So happy with this book.
Loved this book it contained all the benefits of coconut oil which was good knowledge to have, although i really bought the book for the recipes. I tried out the broccoli stir fry and followed the exact direction in the book and it actually tasted great, which is why i gave this book a 5-star. recommended for sure
This book is a good introduction to coconut oil cooking and also present some health benefits. It has some issues with the formatting but it compensate with the generous bundle of recipes. I used coconut oil, before switching to boiling, and I can say is second only to olive one if we talk about cooking. As for the book, I guess is a good buy if you want to try this type of oil.
There was a lot of valuable information on the history of the many uses for coconut oil. There is even some very interesting recipes at the end of the book. I would have liked to have seen some of the topical recipes as well. All in all, this book is a keeper.
I grow up in a household that use coconut in so many ways than one, both as food consumption and natural remedy. There are some useful natural remedy applications of coconut mentioned in this book, some I didn't even know can be use that way. Even though I regularly use coconut, never really bothered to learn about its facts and health benefits. I learned more about Coconut in this book. Thrilled that this book just added to my list some Coconut recipes that I can try cooking since this book has lots of recipes with coconut ingredient in them!

There are 50 awesome recipes so you can start receiving the benefits of coconut oil immediately.
It also gives you some background and education one coconut oil (like how it has medium chain triglycerides).
If you're wanting to change your life and live healthier, snag this book. Well worth it.
I am taking coconut oil since about two years now, and apart from randomly mixing it into my food or into my coffee, I havent tried any specific recipes yet that use coconut oil. Luckily the recipes here are relatively simple (with a few fancier exceptions), and it doesnt take much skill to make them. Some are extremely handy for regular gym goers like myself. The coconut protein bar recipe is awesome. I use them for pre-workout a lot since coconut oil boosts your metabolism, and it really does make a difference in the gym. It even saves me money since I dont have to buy protein bars any more.
Note that for some of the recipes, you will need things such as a food processor, mixer, etc, basically stuff that a good kitchen should have. Once you have that, you are set to create simple foods with one of the most energising and healthy ingredients available.
Handy short book, I use it regularly.
